Cancel and return

How to cancel an order or return an item: deadlines, return conditions, return costs and when you get your money back. You can cancel or change an order yourself in your account. Log in with the email address you ordered with and you will receive a login code. Returning an item, or received a wrong or damaged one? Report it through our return portal.
