Returns go through our return portal at runwaytakeover.returnista.com.
- Go to runwaytakeover.returnista.com
- Enter your order number together with your email address or postcode
- Select the items you want to return
- Choose a carrier and pay for your shipping label
- Hand your parcel in at a drop-off point, have the label scanned and ask for your drop-off receipt
Right after registering you receive a confirmation by email.
The drop-off receipt matters: it proves that the drop-off point scanned your parcel and took it in. If your parcel gets lost on the way, that receipt lets us ask the carrier where it went. Without a scan and receipt we cannot establish that the parcel was handed in, and then there is nothing we can do with it. So keep it until your refund has arrived.
Can't register through the portal? Then register your return by email within the cooling-off period via service@runwaytakeover.com. Download the withdrawal form, fill it in and put it in the parcel, and write "return" and your order number clearly on the outside. Without an order number we cannot link the parcel to your order and we do not process the return.
