You return items through our return portal at shopatlot.returnista.com.
- Go to shopatlot.returnista.com
- Enter your order number together with your email address or postcode
- Select the items you want to return
- Choose a carrier and pay for your shipping label
- Hand in your parcel at a drop-off point
You receive a confirmation by email straight after registering. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
