You can cancel your pre-order as long as it is not yet being prepared for shipping.
Log in to your account. There you can cancel the pre-order item on its own, or your whole order.
Did you cancel only the pre-order item? Get in touch with us, quoting your order number. We will then send the rest of your order straight away instead of holding it.
Is your pre-order already being prepared for shipping? Then we can no longer stop it. You are welcome to return the parcel once you have received it. You can read how that works under How do I register a return?
