As soon as your return has arrived, we check the items and refund you, no later than 14 days after receipt. You get the amount back on the payment method you paid with, unless you chose store credit when registering your return. That choice is final; store credit is valid for 12 months. Returning your whole order? Then you get the full purchase amount back, including the original shipping costs. The return costs remain yours.
Bear in mind that your bank still has to process the refund. If the refund falls on a weekend, you usually see the amount in your account from the next working day.
