We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, using the payment method you paid with. This applies provided the returned items meet our return conditions. You can read what those are under What conditions does my return have to meet?
Are you returning your entire order? Then you get the full purchase amount back, including the shipping costs of the original delivery. The return costs remain at your own expense.
Bear in mind that your bank still has to process the refund. If the refund falls on a weekend, you will usually see the amount in your account from the next working day.
Paid with Klarna? Then Klarna adjusts your invoice instead of us transferring money back. You can read about that under What happens to my Klarna invoice after a return?
