When registering your return you choose how you want the amount back: to the payment method you paid with, or as store credit in your account.
If you choose store credit, the amount is available for a new order right after your return has been processed and is valid for 12 months. You will find it in your account under "store credit".
Please note: that choice is final. Once you have chosen store credit, we cannot convert it into a cash refund afterwards. In doubt? Choose a refund to your payment method.
Store credit is not the same as a gift card. A gift card is something you buy or receive as a gift; store credit only arises from a return or a goodwill gesture on our part.
