Your return meets these conditions:
- The item is unworn and unwashed.
- The original labels are still attached.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You send the parcel within 14 days of registering.
Trying on is fine, of course. You may put an item on to see whether it fits and suits you, just as you would in a shop.
Have you gone beyond trying on, and has the item lost value as a result? Then we may deduct that loss of value from the amount you get back.
A returned item has to meet our return policy. If an item has been worn, washed or damaged, it can no longer be sold and you are not entitled to a refund. We will let you know. You can then have the item sent back to you against shipping costs, or waive it. If the seal on jewellery, lingerie, hair accessories or laundry perfume has been broken, the right of withdrawal lapses altogether; in that case too you can have the item sent back against shipping costs or waive it.
