Your return meets these conditions:
- The item is unworn and unwashed.
- The original labels are still attached.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You send the parcel within 14 days of registering.
Trying items on is of course fine. You may put an item on to judge whether it fits and suits you, just as you would in a shop.
Did you go further than trying it on, and has the item lost value as a result? Then we may deduct that loss in value from the amount you get back.
Does your return not meet the conditions? Then we cannot accept it. We will contact you and send the item back at your expense. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, we will assume that you are giving up the item.
