Yes, for another size. Register the item in our return portal and choose exchange. You immediately see which sizes are in stock. We then create a new order for the other size and ship it separately from your return, so you do not have to wait until your return has reached us.
We charge nothing for the new size: not the item and not the shipping. You pay the return label for the original yourself.
Please note: we do not charge for the new size because you are sending the original back. Hand the original in at a drop-off point within 14 days of registering, as described in our return policy. If we do not receive it, we will charge you for the new size after all.
Does the new size not fit either? Then you can simply return it; a new 14-day cooling-off period applies. You pay the return label again and the refund follows our return and refund policy.
Exchanging for a different item or a different colour is not possible. A different colour is a different item for us, with its own stock, and we cannot hold it for you in the return portal. If you want something else, return the item and place a new order.
Is the size you want no longer in stock? Then you can only return.
