You can cancel your order yourself as long as it is not yet being prepared for shipping.
Go to account.shopatlot.com or click the account icon at the top right of the menu. Enter the email address you ordered with and you will receive a login code. Use it to log in and cancel your order.
You can also see in your account whether your order has already been shipped. Once the shipping label has been created, your parcel is ready for the carrier.
After cancellation we refund the full amount, including shipping costs.
Is your order already being prepared for shipping? Then we can no longer stop it. You are welcome to return the parcel once you have received it. You can read how that works under How do I register a return?
