Studio Pieces are unique items with character: new, unworn and still beautiful to wear. They just did not quite make it into our collection.
That is because of a small imperfection — think of a subtle colour difference, a slightly different seam, a missing detail, a flaw in the fabric or a slightly different fit. Not perfect enough for us, but a unique find for you. And therefore priced extra friendly.
Exactly what is going on is described on the product page, with photos. So you know precisely what you are buying beforehand.
Studio Pieces can simply be returned, like any other item. The imperfection described on the product page is not grounds for a complaint: you knew about it when you bought it. Did you discover a different defect, one that is not on the product page? Report it through the return portal with the reason "item damaged", and the return costs are on us.
