Our prices include VAT. On a marked-down item you see the old price crossed out next to the new one.
These are four different things:
Markdown. The price of an item itself has been reduced; you see a was/now price on the product page. You do not need to do anything for it.
Discount. A temporary benefit through a promotion or a discount code, with its own conditions stated with the promotion or code. A discount never applies retroactively to an order that has already been placed.
Store credit. An amount in your account arising from a return or a goodwill gesture on our part, to be used on a next order.
Gift card. A credit you buy or receive as a gift.
Has an item you bought been marked down within 48 hours of your order, meaning its price was reduced with a was/now price? Then you receive the difference as store credit, valid for 3 months, once your order has been delivered and not returned. Report this to us within those 48 hours with your order number. This applies only to a markdown, not to discounts, promotions or discount codes.
