A pre-order is an item you can order now, but which is still on its way to our warehouse. The product page shows when we expect it to arrive.
You pay when you place your order. As soon as every item in your order is in stock we send your parcel, and you automatically receive an email with your track & trace.
Does your order also contain items that are already in stock? We can send those to you separately in advance. Just get in touch with us, quoting your order number. We do charge shipping costs for that first parcel, as your order is then sent in two shipments.
