We process orders from Monday to Friday. Your order usually leaves our warehouse within 2 working days.
During busy periods, such as public holidays and sale days, this can extend to 3 or 4 working days. If we need longer, we will say so on the webshop.
As soon as your order is on its way you receive an email with your track & trace. Not in your inbox? Have a look in your spam folder as well.
Does your order contain a pre-order? Then we send everything together, as soon as all items are in stock.
